Our Story

# Insurance is  
extremely complex.

Brokers stitch together carrier portals, ACORD forms, AMS exports, and quote documents so clients can understand risk and recover when something goes wrong. Too much of that expertise is still trapped in repetitive paperwork.

We built the first version of CopyCat in person with brokers, watching the work move from carrier documents to the client. Both founders took the commercial broker exam, and our family has worked in insurance brokerage for decades. We understand that this is a relationship business before it is a software category.

CopyCat molds around the way a brokerage already works. It creates proposals across commercial and personal lines, builds cited risk analysis, and produces employee benefits workbooks while preserving the agency’s templates and process.

We believe brokers will win long term. AI should remove the document work that limits growth, not replace the judgment and relationships clients rely on.
