The 90-second proposal test

Pick one of your most recent commercial accounts. Note the number of carrier quotes you got. Now time how long it took a producer or account manager to turn those quotes into a branded client-facing proposal.

For most agencies the answer is 30 to 90 minutes per account. Multiply that across the renewals on the floor and it’s a full FTE’s worth of time, every month, spent on document assembly.

What the 90-second number means

90 seconds is roughly: upload the carrier PDFs, click generate, wait for the AI to extract every limit and premium, review the draft, hit export. That’s it. The template stays branded, the numbers stay accurate, the format stays consistent.

The lift isn’t the AI doing it faster. The lift is your producer spending those 90 minutes talking to the client about coverage instead of reformatting tables.

Run the test

Take three carrier PDFs from your hardest account. Drop them into CopyCat’s template flow and time it. If the output isn’t client-ready inside two minutes, send us the inputs and we’ll show you what we missed.
